Directive (EU) 2022/2557 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the resilience of critical entities and repealing Council Directive 2008/114/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. An entity shall be considered a critical entity of particular European significance where it: has been identified as a critical entity pursuant to Article 6(1); provides the same or similar essential services to or in six or more Member States; and has been notified pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article.
