Date of birth: 5.10.1991. Place of birth: El Gouazine, Dahmani, Governorate of Le Kef, Tunisia. Nationality: Tunisia. National identification no: 13601334, Tunisia. Other information: Senior member of Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), listed as Al-Qaida in Iraq. Recruited for ISIL and instructed individuals to perpetrate terrorist acts via online video. Date of designation referred to in Article 7d(2)(i): 29.12.2021.’
