Proceedings of the MSSG shall be transparent. The summaries of the agenda and of the minutes of the meetings of the MSSG, as well as its rules of procedure referred to in Article 3(5) and recommendations referred to in Article 8(3) and (4), shall be documented and made publicly available on a dedicated webpage on the Agency web portal. Where the rules of procedure referred to in Article 3(5) allow members of the MSSG to have divergent opinions recorded, the MSSG shall make such divergent opinions, and the grounds on which they are based, available to national competent authorities for medicinal products at their request.
