During a public health emergency, the ETF shall provide advice on the main aspects of clinical trials and clinical trial protocols submitted or intended to be submitted in a clinical trial application by developers as part of an accelerated scientific advice process, without prejudice of the responsibility of the Member State or States concerned under Regulation (EU) No 536/2014.
