Following the recognition of a public health emergency, the ETF shall undertake a review of the available scientific data on medicinal products which have the potential to be used to address the public health emergency. That review shall be updated whenever needed during the public health emergency, including where the ETF and the CHMP agree on the preparation of the assessment of a marketing authorisation application.
