For the purposes of the monitoring referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the MDSSG may make use of data from device registries and databases where such data is available to the Agency. In so doing, the MDSSG may take into account the data generated pursuant to Article 108 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and Article 101 of Regulation (EU) 2017/746.
