Regulation (EU) 2022/123 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 January 2022 on a reinforced role for the European Medicines Agency in crisis preparedness and management for medicinal products and medical devices (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Union contribution provided for in Article 67 of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 shall cover the tasks of the Agency provided for under this Regulation, and shall cover the full amount of remuneration paid to national competent authorities for medicinal products where fee exemptions apply in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 297/95 Council Regulation (EC) No 297/95 of 10 February 1995 on fees payable to the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products (OJ L 35, 15.2.1995, p. 1). .
