1.

Without prejudice to paragraph 2, the MSSG shall establish a list with the main therapeutic groups of medicinal products that are necessary for emergency care, surgery and intensive care, in order to inform the preparation of the critical medicines lists as referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 to be used to respond to a public health emergency or major event. The list shall be established by 2 August 2022 and updated annually and whenever necessary.
