ESMA shall monitor the application of specific permissions, and any related exemptions and conditions attached to those exemptions, as well as any compensatory or corrective measures required by competent authorities. ESMA shall submit an annual report to the Commission on how such specific permissions, exemptions, conditions and compensatory or corrective measures are applied in practice.
