The competent authority for a market operator operating a DLT MTF or DLT TSS shall be the competent authority designated by the Member State in which the registered office of the market operator operating the DLT MTF or DLT TSS is situated or, if in accordance with the law of that Member State the market operator has no registered office, the Member State in which the head office of the market operator operating the DLT MTF or DLT TSS is situated.
