Regulation (EU) 2022/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2022 on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology, and amending Regulations (EU) No 600/2014 and (EU) No 909/2014 and Directive 2014/65/EU (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Where an operator of a DLT MTF requests an exemption under paragraph 2 or 3, it shall demonstrate that the exemption requested is: proportionate to, and justified by, the use of distributed ledger technology; and limited to the DLT MTF and does not extend to any other multilateral trading facility operated by that operator.
