At the request of a CSD operating a DLT SS, the competent authority may exempt that CSD from Article 33, 34 or 35 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, provided that that CSD proposes compensatory measures to meet the objectives of those Articles and, at a minimum, ensures that:
