Data Governance Act
Regulation (EU) 2022/868 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2022 on European data governance and amending Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 (Data Governance Act) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation lays down: conditions for the re-use, within the Union, of certain categories of data held by public sector bodies; a notification and supervisory framework for the provision of data intermediation services; a framework for voluntary registration of entities which collect and process data made available for altruistic purposes; and a framework for the establishment of a European Data Innovation Board.
