(11) In view of the Union’s determined stance to combat food and energy insecurity around the world, and in order to avoid any potential negative consequences therefor, Decision (CFSP) 2022/1271 extends the exemption from the prohibition to engage in transactions with certain State-owned entities as regards transactions for agricultural products and the supply of oil and petroleum products to third countries.
