Regulation (EU) 2022/2371 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 November 2022 on serious cross-border threats to health and repealing Decision No 1082/2013/EU (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The HSC is hereby established. It shall be composed of representatives of the Member States at two working levels: a senior level working group for regular discussions on serious cross-border threats to health and for the adoption of opinions and guidance as referred to in paragraph 3, point (d); and technical working groups to discuss specific topics if necessary.
