(25) Data transparency and public access to information are essential to improve accountability and enforceability. Therefore, the Commission should publish in a user-friendly manner data on aircraft operators’ emissions and offsetting. Such publication would facilitate assessing the impact of CORSIA on the global reduction of CO2 emissions and its role in achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement.
