(38) Renewable fuels of non-biological origin using hydrogen from renewable sources, compliant with Article 25 of Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council (14), should be rated as producing zero emissions for the aircraft operators using them until the detailed rules for the appropriate accounting are set under this Directive.
