in paragraph 3, the following subparagraph is inserted after the first subparagraph: ‘When determining the use of revenues generated from the auctioning of the allowances, Member States shall take into account the need to continue scaling up international climate finance in vulnerable third countries referred to in the first subparagraph, point (j).’;
