in paragraph 3, the third subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘Member States shall inform the Commission as to the use of revenues and the actions taken pursuant to this paragraph in their reports submitted under Article 19(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999, specifying, where relevant and as appropriate, which revenues are used and the actions that are taken to implement their integrated national energy and climate plans submitted in accordance with that Regulation, and their territorial just transition plans prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1056 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*11). The reporting shall be sufficiently detailed to enable the Commission to assess the Member States’ compliance with the first subparagraph. (*11) Regulation (EU) 2021/1056 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 establishing the Just Transition Fund (OJ L 231, 30.6.2021, p. 1).’;"
