the Member State concerned does not auction the amount of allowances referred to in Article 30d(5) for a particular reference year until the amount of allowances to be cancelled under this paragraph is determined in accordance with point (g) of this subparagraph; the Member State concerned shall not auction any of the additional amount of allowances pursuant to Article 30d(2), first subparagraph;
