DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States may, in justified cases, adapt the requirement referred to in paragraph 1 with regard to the manner in which the explanations are to be given and the extent to which they are to be given to the following: (a) the circumstances of the situation in which the credit is offered; (b) the person to whom the credit is offered; (c) the type of the credit offered.
