DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall ensure that credit intermediaries accurately submit the necessary information obtained from the consumer to the relevant creditor in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to enable the creditworthiness assessment to be carried out.
