DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

If the credit application is submitted jointly by more than one consumer, the creditor shall perform the creditworthiness assessment on the basis of the joint repayment capacity of the consumers.
