DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Where the credit application is rejected on the basis of a consultation of a database referred to in paragraph 1, Member States shall require that the creditor informs the consumer without undue delay and free of charge of the result of such consultation and of the details of the database consulted as well as the categories of data taken into account.
