DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

For the purpose of credit agreements, Member States shall ensure that complaint procedures are in place in order to facilitate consumers’ challenges to the content of databases, including information that can be obtained by third parties through those databases.
