DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall require the creditor to notify the consumer in an agreed manner of each reduction or cancellation of the overdraft facility at least 30 days prior to the day when the actual reduction or cancellation of the overdraft facility takes effect.
