DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall ensure that a consumer who has exercised the right of withdrawal, based on Union law, concerning a contract for the supply of goods or the provision of services, is no longer bound by a linked credit agreement.
