DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

This Article shall be without prejudice to national law rendering the creditor jointly and severally liable in respect of any claim which the consumer may have against the supplier or provider where the purchase of goods or services from the supplier or provider has been financed by a credit agreement.
