DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

The compensation referred to in paragraph 2 and paragraph 4, point (b), shall not in any case exceed the amount of interest that the consumer would have paid during the period of time between the early repayment and the agreed date of termination of the credit agreement.
