DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall ensure that compliance with the requirements set out in paragraph 1 is supervised by the competent authorities, and that the competent authorities have powers to require creditors and credit intermediaries to provide the evidence that the competent authority deems necessary to enable such supervision.
