DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall ensure that independent debt advisory services are made available to consumers who experience or might experience difficulties in meeting their financial commitments, with only limited charges payable for such services.
