DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

Member States shall inform the Commission of the designation of the competent authorities and any changes thereto, and, where there is more than one competent authority on their territory, indicate any division of the respective duties between those competent authorities. The first such notification shall be made as soon as possible and at the latest by 20 November 2025.
