DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

For the purposes of this Directive, those Member States which convert the amounts expressed in euro into their national currency shall initially use in that conversion the exchange rate prevailing on 19 November 2023.
