DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2225 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers and repealing Directive 2008/48/EC · European Union

(30) This Directive should be without prejudice to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (7) which applies to any processing of personal data carried out by creditors and credit intermediaries falling within the scope of this Directive, and in particular without prejudice to principles relating to the processing of personal data set out in Article 5 of that Regulation, including data minimisation, accuracy and purpose limitation.
