in Article 29, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: ‘1. Where a Member State makes use of any of the regulatory choices referred to in Article 3(4), Article 6(7), Article 6(8), Article 7(4), Article 8(6), Article 9(1a) and (3), Article 16, second and third paragraphs, Article 16a(2) and (9), Article 16b(7) and Article 16e, it shall inform the Commission thereof by 19 December 2025, as well as of any subsequent changes.’ ;
