Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2023/2775 of 17 October 2023 amending Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the adjustments of the size criteria for micro, small, medium-sized and large undertakings or groups · European Union

(4) Therefore, the Commission considers it necessary to adjust and round up the thresholds referred to in Article 3(1) to (7) of Directive 2013/34/EU by 25 % for inflation.
