Article 41 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 41 It shall be prohibited to participate, knowingly and intentionally, in activities the object or effect of which is to circumvent the measures referred to in Articles 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 4a, 4b, 5, 10d, 15a, 23(1), 23(2), 23(3), 23(4), 23a(1), 23a(2),23a(3) and 23a(4).’.
