| 3. | The Member State shall maintain appropriate procedures for drawing up the management declaration and summary of the audits carried out at national level. This includes: (a) an effective procedure for drawing up the management declaration, documenting the summary of audits and keeping the underlying information for audit trail; (b) effective procedures to ensure that all cases of fraud, corruption and conflict of interests are properly reported and corrected through recoveries.
