Article 10a › 2

CBAM

The request for registration in the CBAM registry referred in paragraph 1 shall at least contain the following information: (a) the name, and unique accreditation identification of the verifier; (b) any scope of accreditation relevant for CBAM; (c) the country of establishment of the verifier; (d) the effective date of accreditation and expiry date of accreditation certificates relevant for CBAM; (e) any information on administrative measures imposed on the verifier relevant for CBAM; (f) copy of the accreditation certificate relevant for CBAM.
