Article 14 › 6

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts concerning the infrastructure and specific processes and procedures of the CBAM registry, including the risk analysis referred to in Article 15, the electronic databases containing the information referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, the procedures and the technical credentials for the delegation referred to in Article 5(7a), the data of the accounts in the CBAM registry referred to in Article 16, the transmission to the CBAM registry of the information on the sale and repurchase of CBAM certificates referred to in Article 20, the cross-check of information referred to in Article 25(3) and the information referred to in Article 25a(3). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 29(2).
