CBAM

REGULATION (EU) 2023/956 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 10 May 2023 establishing a carbon border adjustment mechanism (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The competent authority shall register in the CBAM registry information on: (a) the applicants whose application for an authorisation has been refused pursuant to paragraph 3; and (b) the persons whose status of authorised CBAM declarant has been revoked pursuant to paragraph 8.
