The authorised CBAM declarant shall inform without delay the competent authority, via the CBAM registry, of any changes to the information provided under paragraph 5 of this Article that have occurred after the decision granting the status of the authorised CBAM declarant has been adopted pursuant to Article 17 that may influence that decision or the content of the authorisation granted thereunder.
