Where the imported goods listed in Annex I to this Regulation are processed products resulting from an outward processing procedure as referred to in Article 259 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013, the authorised CBAM declarant shall report in the CBAM declaration only the emissions of the processing operation undertaken outside the customs territory of the Union.
