1. Member States shall notify through the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System corrective measures taken by their authorities or by economic operators on the basis of: provisions of this Regulation, in relation to dangerous products presenting a serious risk to the health and safety of consumers; and Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020.
