The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 45 to supplement this Regulation by specifying, in particular: (a) the access to the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; (b) the operation of the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; (c) the information to be entered in the Safety Gate Rapid Alert System; (d) the requirements notifications must meet; and (e) the criteria for assessment of the level of risk.
