GPSR
Information available to the authorities of the Member States or to the Commission relating to measures on products presenting risks to the health and safety of consumers shall in general be made available to the public, in accordance with the requirements of transparency and without prejudice to the restrictions required for monitoring and investigation activities. In particular, the public shall have access to information on product identification, the nature of the risk and the measures taken. That information shall also be provided in accessible formats for persons with disabilities.
