Disposal of the product by consumers shall only be included in the actions to be taken by consumers under Article 36(2), point (d) where such disposal can be carried out easily and safely by the consumer, and shall not affect the right of the consumer to receive a refund for or replacement of the recalled product under paragraph 1 of this Article.
