Article 50 — Repeal

1. Directives 87/357/EEC and 2001/95/EC are repealed with effect from 13 December 2024. 2. References to the repealed directives shall be construed as references to this Regulation and to Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012, and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in the Annex to this Regulation.
