Article 14 › 4

REGULATION (EU) 2023/1113 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 31 May 2023 on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets and amending Directive (EU) 2015/849 (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be submitted in advance of, or simultaneously or concurrently with, the transfer of crypto-assets and in a secure manner and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be required to be attached directly to, or be included in, the transfer of crypto-assets.
