Article 39 — Repeal

REGULATION (EU) 2023/1113 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 31 May 2023 on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets and amending Directive (EU) 2015/849 (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Regulation (EU) 2015/847 is repealed with effect from the date of application of this Regulation. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II.
